Following his studies, James Disney-May secured a prestigious role as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at PJT Partners, a globally renowned advisory-focused investment bank. He quickly climbed the ranks, earning a full-time Analyst position, where he advised on transactions exceeding $1 billion.

His expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring made him an invaluable asset, and he was soon promoted to Associate at PJT Partners.

During this time, he worked closely with:

  • Public and private companies
  • Investment funds and financial institutions

Now based in New York, James Disney-May has established himself as a successful investor, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor. He manages a diverse portfolio of technology investments and owns several wholly owned companies.
