Zensec positions Zenzero as the only Managed Services Provider accredited by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) as a Cyber Incident Responder, uniting prevention, forensics and recovery expertise under one service.

The UK is experiencing unprecedented levels of cyber-crime, with recent high-profile incidents impacting organisations including Jaguar Land Rover. Government data shows that 43% of UK businesses reported a security breach over the past year, underlining the urgent need to strengthen national resilience. Zenzero has been expanding its cyber security offering for several years through investment in talent, technology and specialist knowledge. This effort has now been accelerated by the integration of Solace Cyber, resulting in the creation of Zensec.

Zensec operates as a dedicated cyber and risk division specialising in ransomware recovery, incident response and digital forensics, supported by a 24/7 Security Operations Centre. This new unit combines Zenzero’s established cyber expertise with Solace Cyber’s proven forensic and recovery capabilities, making Zenzero the only MSP accredited by the NCSC for Cyber Incident Response. This accreditation ensures businesses across the UK can rely on the highest standard of trusted protection.

“Cyber-attacks are not a future threat, they are today’s reality for UK organisations. We have been building towards this for some time, because we knew businesses would need more than IT services alone. With Zensec we can now offer one of the most comprehensive resilience services in the UK. We are here to help organisations prepare, respond and recover with confidence.”

Michael Bateman, CEO, Zenzero.

Zensec’s Digital Forensic and Incident Response experts already work in partnership with international insurers, loss adjusters and legal teams to provide round-the-clock, year-round support when organisations face critical incidents. While the attribution of recent attacks remains undetermined, their effects are undeniable: operational disruption, financial losses and reputational harm. Zensec’s mission is to enable organisations of all sizes to respond rapidly, recover securely and embed lasting resilience into their disaster recovery strategies.
