Canon Central & North Africa (CCNA) has secured two prestigious Gold Awards at the 2025 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®, a significant recognition of its dedication to innovation in human capital management.

Widely regarded as the “Academy Awards of Human Capital Management,” the HCM Excellence Awards® Program celebrates global leaders driving innovation in talent development, employee experience, and workplace inclusivity.

In its debut entry, CCNA achieved double Gold across both applied categories, a testament to the powerful impact of its transformative initiatives. These achievements highlight the company’s commitment to empowering people, fostering growth, and advancing broader organizational objectives.

For our CCNA Future Leader Program – a structured and personalized development journey prepares high-potential employees to grow into critical leadership roles, strengthening both talent and organizational growth.
