We have taken to the streets because September is the month par excellence to look for a flat and we have been able to see how this wonderful experience is lived today. It doesn’t matter where it is: in small cities, big cities, in Spain or abroad.

In this video we see how many young people, and not so young, looking for a shared rental apartment with completely strangers , leads to situations that are at least curious.

Credit card thefts to destroy Zara, people who collect toilet paper or rooms that house pigeons with their respective waste. This is what many people find when they share a flat.

The cost of rent represented in Spain during 2020 around 40% of the gross monthly income of Spaniards. In several communities this percentage is much higher, for example, in the Community of Madrid and Catalonia it exceeds 50% according to a study by InfoJobs and Fotocasa.
