The ceremony, now in its 33rd year, took place on 15 May at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London. The awards honour excellence in the UK property sector while raising vital funds to support children with disabilities and special needs.
Since its inception in 1992, the PROPS Awards have raised over £12 million for Variety, the Children’s Charity. The funds help provide specialist equipment, accessible transport, and life-enhancing experiences for disabled and disadvantaged children across the UK.
