Hyperion Equity Partners has confirmed that Ranger Fire and Security, one of its portfolio companies, has made its first purchase of 2026. The company is based in Dorset and is called Partnership Fire and Security. Ranger has now bought two things in the South West. This shows how quickly the platform has grown since it started less than two years ago.
Since February 2024, Ranger Fire and Security has made 14 deals, and this acquisition strengthens its buy-and-build strategy in the UK and Ireland. Partnership Fire and Security adds a strong business that focusses on service and maintenance, has a loyal customer base, and has a long history of providing high-quality work that meets all standards.
The move will allow Ranger to further expand its reach in the South West, as the company continues to build a fire and security services platform that is truly national in scope. Its 14 strategic acquisitions to date combine strong regional expertise with a unified, customer-focused approach and, coupled with its investment in technology, has enabled Ranger to offer a comprehensive range of services at a regional and national level, all while providing a seamless experience to clients.
