Inntelo AI, a UK-based hospitality technology firm, has announced the creation of a global advisory board featuring industry leaders from the UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
The company’s flagship product, AI Concierge, is a next-gen agentic platform designed to work in tandem with hotel staff to elevate guest experiences and streamline operations. Guests can engage concierge services directly via WhatsApp or phone—interactions that begin with a multilingual AI agent available 24/7. Issues are seamlessly triaged, assigned, and resolved through coordinated hotel team workflows, reducing friction and improving speed across departments.
The company’s new board brings together senior operators, developers, academics, and technologists with experience across global brands such as Accor, Fairmont, Hilton, Wyndham, and Choice Hotels. Their insights will guide Inntelo AI’s ongoing product development and expansion.
The news follows a string of new clients using Inntelo AI, including hotels in the UK, Portugal, and Dubai.
